| Thread: | To match body color |
| Shuck: | Zelon |
| Abdomen: | Loosely dubbed antron or antron-mix |
| Wing: | Deer Hair (Blue Ribbon Flies has a great "X-Caddis" hair) |
| Thorax: | Loosely dubbed antron or omit and use deer hair butts as the head like a standard EHC |
