Biot Wing Black Caddis
Notes: Something of an original though I'm sure I wasn't the first to think of it. Good for still water caddis hatches, especially for slim profile caddis flies. Wings can be tied spent for another effective still water fly.

| Thread: | To match body color |
| Body: | Beaver dubbing (or similar dry fly) |
| Underwing: | Deer or Elk Hair, sparse |
| Wing: | Turkey biots |
| Thorax: | Beaver Dubbing |
| Hackle: | Match body color, clipped top and bottom |
