Green Butt Punk

Hook: Targus 7999 or salmon hook of choice
Thread: UNI 8/0
Ribbing: silver med or med/fine wire
Butt: green yarn
Body: black yarn, slighty tapered
Wing/tail: 2-4 black saddle hackles, tied in matuka-style. Total feather length should be approximately twice the length of the hook
Collar: 4-5 turns of black saddle hackle, same size as those used for the wing
Overwing: arctic fox tail

Note:
The name of "green butt punk" comes from the fact that it looks like (and essentially _is_ a green butt skunk with a mohawk ;^) )
